Welcome to GoRaven Digital, a trading name of GoRaven Limited. By commissioning a website build or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We provide bespoke web design, development, and SEO services specifically for service businesses. Our standard delivery timeframe is 7 days from the receipt of your completed onboarding form, provided all necessary information has been submitted.
All packages require a one-time upfront payment as outlined on our pricing page. Additional pages or custom features requested after the initial order may incur additional fees. All payments are non-refundable once the development work has commenced.
Upon delivery of your website, you will have a review period to request reasonable revisions related to the original scope of work. Major structural changes or additions not included in the original package will be quoted separately.
Upon full payment, the final website design and written copy become your property. GoRaven Limited retains the right to use screenshots and links to your website for portfolio and marketing purposes.
GoRaven Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services or the delivered website. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, as these are controlled by third-party algorithms.
